Greetings and blessing!
In reply to your letter of Chol HaMoed Sukkos: in a matter such as this, one should increase in the words of Torah and prayer, and in efforts in matters of education and similar matters connected with "the sweat of a mitzvah." It is understood that this must be done with joy and with complete trust in G‑d, blessed be He, as it is written: עבדו את ה' בשמחה, "Serve G‑d with joy" (Tehillim 100:2); and the responsum of the Tzemach Tzedek on this matter is well known, printed in Shaar HaMiluim, part 2. May G‑d, blessed be He, grant you to add vigor, to the point of the sweat of a mitzvah, in your holy work of educating Jewish children, so that they will be זרע ברך ה', "a seed G‑d has blessed" (Yeshayahu 61:9); and the way of the Holy One, blessed be He, is measure for measure (Sanhedrin 90a) — and many times over. And may you, together with your wife, derive much Chassidic nachas from all your offspring, may they live.
With blessing.
