בודאי השתתף בהתועדות אנ"ש בימי הרצון והשמחה דחדש תשרי חדש הכללי של כל השנה חדש המושבע בכל טוב.

Your letter from the eve of Sukkos was received, recounting the praises of Hashem and His kindness to mankind and the wonders you witnessed regarding the delay of your journey, etc. May it be His will that this Mizmor LeTodah (Psalm of Thanksgiving) draw illumination for the entire year, as explained regarding Mizmor LeTodah in the Chassidic discourses of our master the Alter Rebbe and our master the Mitteler Rebbe. It is appropriate that you study them with proper depth, as it is written: 'Uneshalmah Parim Sefaseinu' (we will offer the words of our lips instead of sacrifices). Certainly you participated in the farbrengen of Anash during these auspicious and joyous days of Tishrei—the general month for the entire year, a month filled with all good.
