במענה על מכתבו מי"ב אלול עם הפ"נ המוסגר בו, בו כותב גם ע"ד בנין המקוה. ובודאי ידוע לו מהוראת כ"ק אדמו"ר (מוהרש"ב) נ"ע בעניני מקוה שמסרם להרה"ג מוהר"י שי' לנדא, דבני ברק, ובטח תהי' גם מקוה זו מתאים להוראות אלו.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לו ולכל אשר לו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

In response to your letter from the 12th of Elul with the enclosed pan, in which you also write about the construction of the mikvah. Surely you are aware of the instructions from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe (the Rashab), regarding mikvah matters, which he conveyed to Haraha"g Rabbi Y. Landa of Bnei Brak. Certainly this mikvah will also conform to those instructions.
As we approach the new year that is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and all yours: a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually.
