Regarding what you wrote that the Rebbe (the Rebbe Rashab) of blessed memory wanted there to be two holes at the bottom of the mikvah between the two mikvahs situated one above the other: he himself raised possible reasons for this, and the simplest is that if for any reason one hole becomes diminished, the second will still validate the mikvahs. As is known, in matters of mikvah we are meticulous to the utmost degree.

Regarding what you wrote about printing Shulchan Aruch with commentaries and notes: unfortunately I do not have enough time to properly involve myself in this personally. However, I have brought it up with some who are involved in this field; if they have brief notes—understood that these should not be questions but rather explanations or clarifications from place to place—they should send them here. Depending on how it is printed, perhaps it will be possible to print them as well; the merit of the public depends on them. Of course, if you yourself have such notes, please send them here—preferably written clearly and on one side of a page.

What you wrote to me regarding Shulchan Aruch of our Rebbe has been kept by me; however, those are questions and not as mentioned above.
