In response to your letter from Erev Shabbos and the previous ones. As you requested, I will mention all those you wrote about at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagm zya, for what they need as explained in your letter. May it be the will of Hashem that very soon you will be able to share good news about this.

I have asked several times about the situation regarding the mikvah in Pottsville, and I was told that they received detailed instructions from your honor and that everything is certainly in order. I was pleased by what you wrote that you also spoke in Spring Valley regarding the mikvah, but it is unclear in your letter who Rabbi Gardan is, since there are several rabbis with that name, and also not the name of the city or settlement; surely you will clarify this on another occasion.

Please accept my sincere apologies for not responding on time to your previous letters; this is due to many preoccupations. This is also why I have not yet had time to properly review your book, section six as you requested. In the near future as well there are many accumulated obligations, especially preparing for print the books of our holy Rebbeim zatzukal lehe nbagm zya, which is a timely matter and preparation for the month of Elul etc. May Hashem grant you success to increase (in quantity) Torah and magnify it (in quality) with true broadness of mind.

P.S. Regarding what they asked you about what I wrote that I did not find a colleague—this refers to one who counts Shazal Publications among those who enumerate mitzvos—the author of Or HaShanim—it is not unknown that there is a Gemara Niddah page 13, since this is his basis for including it among mitzvos as explained in his book there. However, he stands alone among all those who count mitzvos according to research so far; therefore it must be that other enumerators interpret that Gemara as merely an asmachta or ancillary matter etc.

Enclosed is a booklet "Hemshach HaMa'asar" published in connection with the days of redemption 12th and 13th Tammuz—our redemption and soul's liberation—and surely you will share its content with many; the merit of the public depends on you.
