In response to your letter from the 8th of Tammuz, I said that we would meet together on the days of redemption, the 12th or 13th of Tammuz from which we count. As is known, the precise wording "from which we count," and as explained in Chassidus, through this one becomes a 'progressor.' This is the advantage of Bnei Yisrael—souls in bodies—over angels who are called 'stationary.' See Or HaTorah vol. 24b...

It is distressing that the construction of the mikveh in your camp is delayed. None of us knows, with each passing day that construction is postponed, how great the benefit could have been had it been expedited. For who can fathom the secrets of souls? Since you write that only a small amount of money is holding things up, surely it is possible to arrange a loan against the fundraising campaign. The main thing is to do everything possible to advance this matter promptly into action. May Hashem grant you success.
