In response to your letter from the 4th of Tammuz, in which you write about your physical health situation (perhaps it is worthwhile to suggest to your doctor that there are those who use a new medicine called hydrocortisone and similar treatments; of course, no one case is identical to another, and only the doctor should decide if it is appropriate in this case).

As you requested, I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, for a complete and speedy recovery.

Since physicality is connected with spirituality, in such matters one should increase words of mitzvah—that is, words of Torah and prayer—and be more careful regarding forbidden speech and even repulsive or unnecessary speech, as enumerated in Rambam's commentary on Pirkei Avot at the end of chapter one.

The merit of your involvement among Chabad youth to bring Jewish hearts closer to our Father in Heaven will stand by you for good news soon in all the above matters.
