זאל השי"ת העלפען אז עס זאלען פארקלענערט און דאן אראפּגענומען ווערען אלע העלמות והסתרים סיי בגשמיות און סיי ברוחניות, און מען זאל קענען אויסניצען די כחות און מעגליכקייטען וואס השי"ת גיט, אינגאצען און דורכאויס אויף דעם ועשה טוב און ניט אפילו טיילווייז אויף דעם סור מרע, אויף מלחמה וביטול פון די דברים המבלבלים הסתרים העלמות און הגבלות.
בייגעלייגט איז דא חוברת רשימת המאסר פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר וועלכע איז א המשך צו די פריערדיקע רשימות וועלכע זיינען געדרוקט געווארען אין די פאריגע יארען, און זיכער וועט איר מזכה זיין מיט דעם תוכן פון דער רשימה וואו איר קענט נאר גרייכען, וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Regarding the upcoming days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden gan me'onoh zichro yagen aleinu, and our redemption and the liberation of our souls—as is well known from the explanation that when one raises the head, automatically the entire body, even the feet, are uplifted as well: May Hashem help that all concealments and obstacles—both material and spiritual—be diminished and then removed entirely. May we be able to utilize fully all the strengths and opportunities that Hashem gives us, completely and consistently for 'do good,' and not even partially for 'turn from evil,' in waging war against and nullifying those things which confuse or limit us.
Enclosed is a booklet of Reshimas HaMa'asar from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, which continues previous records printed in earlier years. Surely you will merit to share its content wherever you can reach; the merit of the many depends on him.
Without a vow, it is planned here to hold a farbrengen both this coming Shabbos Kodesh as well as tomorrow Sunday. Hopefully Anash everywhere will do likewise. When Jews celebrate with joy—and usually a Torah topic is also discussed—this is a joyous mitzvah occasion which serves as a conduit and vessel for everything needed up to even the loftiest revelations; see also Torah Or 20b.

Summary
The Rebbe writes that his redemption uplifts all Chassidim spiritually and physically. He urges using every G‑d-given ability for good deeds, sharing inspiration widely, and celebrating together with joy to draw down blessings and higher revelations.
