איך בין געווען צופרידען צו באקומען אייער בריף מבשר טוב פון די סדרים אין בית הכנסת ובית המדרש, און אז מען האט מוסיף געווען מיט פערשידענע שיעורים, און עס איז שוין דאך באוואוסט די הבטחה פון הקב"ה ע"פ דרז"ל, אז כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו.
זיכער איז איבעריג צו אויפמערקזאם מאכען אייך צו אויסניצען די קומענדע טעג פון י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל, דער חג הגאולה פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, באופן המתאים, ובפרט בנוגע דעם לימוד תורתו, און אפּהיטען די תקנות זיינע און מחזק זיין די מוסדות אויף וועלכע ער האט זיך מוסר נפש געווען. ובטח עומד ומשמש במרום ומעורר ר"ר על כל המקושרים והשייכים אליו הם ובני ביתם שיחיו...

I was pleased to receive your letter with good news about the schedules in the synagogue and study hall, and that various classes have been added. It is already well known the assurance from the Holy One, blessed be He, according to our Sages, that whoever increases is given more. Surely it is unnecessary to point out to you to utilize the coming days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, may they come upon us for good—the Festival of Redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory—in an appropriate manner, especially regarding studying his teachings and upholding his enactments and strengthening the institutions for which he devoted himself with self-sacrifice. Certainly he stands and serves on high and arouses abundant mercy for all those connected to him and their households.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that increasing Torah study brings increased blessings from Above. He urges making use of auspicious times to further strengthen learning, uphold traditions, and support institutions established by previous leaders.
