איך בין געווען צופרידען צו באקומען אייער בריף מבשר טוב פון די סדרים אין בית הכנסת ובית המדרש, און אז מען האט מוסיף געווען מיט פערשידענע שיעורים, און עס איז שוין דאך באוואוסט די הבטחה פון הקב"ה ע"פ דרז"ל, אז כל המוסיף מוסיפין לו.
זיכער איז איבעריג צו אויפמערקזאם מאכען אייך צו אויסניצען די קומענדע טעג פון י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל, דער חג הגאולה פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, באופן המתאים, ובפרט בנוגע דעם לימוד תורתו, און אפּהיטען די תקנות זיינע און מחזק זיין די מוסדות אויף וועלכע ער האט זיך מוסר נפש געווען. ובטח עומד ומשמש במרום ומעורר ר"ר על כל המקושרים והשייכים אליו הם ובני ביתם שיחיו...

I was pleased to receive your letter bearing good news about the arrangements in the synagogue and study hall, and that you have added various shiurim. It is already well known the assurance from Hakadosh Baruch Hu according to our Sages, that "kol ha-mosif mosifin lo" (whoever adds, they add for him). Certainly it is superfluous to point out to you to utilize the coming days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, the upcoming festival of redemption of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal nbgm zya'a, in an appropriate manner—especially regarding studying his Torah, upholding his takanos, and strengthening the institutions for which he gave his life.
And surely he stands and serves on high and arouses abundant mercy upon all those connected to him and their households...
