במענה על הודעתו מתקופת יום חתונת הוריו שיחיו.
הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שעוד רבות בשנים יחוגו יום זה מתוך בריאות הנכונה והרחבת הדעת.
אשר שתיהם גם יחד תלויות, במדה גדולה, בקבלת נחת אמיתי נחת יהודי חסידותי מכל יו"ח שיחיו.
וכיון שבחירה חפשית ניתנה לכאו"א מישראל, הרי במדה גדולה תלוי זה ברצונו הטוב של כל אחד מהבנים והבנות. והשי"ת יזכהו לעשות בזה ככל יכולתו*, ולהשפיע גם על אחיו ואחיותיו בזה**.
בברכה לתלמוד תורה ביראת שמים וקיום המצות בהידור, ולבשר טוב בהנוגע אליו ולכל בני משפחתו שיחיו.

In response to your notification regarding the anniversary of your parents' wedding. May it be the will of the Blessed Holy One that they celebrate this day for many more years in proper health and with a broad mind. Both of these are greatly dependent on receiving true nachas—Jewish and chassidic joy—from all their children.
Since every Jew is granted free choice, this depends largely on the good will of each son and daughter. May the Blessed Holy One grant you success to do everything within your ability in this matter*, and also to influence your brothers and sisters in this**.
With blessings for Torah study with awe of Heaven and for observance of mitzvos with beauty, and for good news regarding yourself and all your family.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that true parental joy comes from children's Torah observance and chassidic conduct. Each child is empowered to bring nachas through their choices and should also inspire siblings toward positive action.
