ברכה ושלום!
איך בין געווען צופרידן צו באקומען דיין בריף, א באריכט וועגן די מסיבות שבת און דעם סדר ווי זיי ווערן געפירט. און געוויס אין פארבינדונג מיט דעם אנקומענדען יום טוב שבועות זמן מתן תורתנו - האט מען ספּעציעל גערעט בא די מסיבות שבת, אין די שבתים פון פאר שבועות, צוגרייטען די קינדער צו דעם יום טוב שבועות, און ווי רבותינו זכרונם לברכה דערציילן אונז, אז ווען השם יתברך ויתעלה, האט געגעבען די תורה צו אלע אידן, האט ער אלס ערשטן באדינג, געפאדערט אז אידישע קינדער זאלן ערצויגן ווערען אין דעם דרך התורה, וואס אט די פארזיכערונג האט געמאכט דעם צושטאנדקומען פון געבן די תורה צו אלע אידען.
און אזוי אויך איז אין יעדער דור, אז דאס וואס אידישע קינדער ווערען ערצויגען ווי די תורה הקדושה ווייזט אן, שטארקט דאס יעדער אידען אין אלע לענדער וואו זיי געפינען זיך, און דאס בריינגט די ברכות פון השם יתברך אין דעם וואס מען נויטיגט זיך.
און אט דער געדאנק דארף ארויסרופען נאך מער כחות בא יעדערע פון אייך - בתוך כלל ילדי ישראל, ד' עליהם יחיו, צו גיין אין דעם דרך התורה והמצוה מיט פארשטארקטע כחות, און צוציהען צו זיך אלע אידישע קינדער, וועלכע עס איז נאר מעגליך צו גרייכען - אז אויך זיי זאלען וויסען אז זיי זיינען קינדער פון אברהם יצחק ויעקב, און אויך זיי נעמען אן די תורה פון השם יתברך נותן התורה - וועלכער היט זיי און בענטשט זיי בגשמיות וברוחניות.
בברכה צו א פרייליכען יום טוב שבועות זמן מתן תורתנו.

I was pleased to receive your letter, a report about the Shabbat gatherings and the order in which they are conducted.
Certainly, in connection with the upcoming Yom Tov of Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah, there was special discussion at these Shabbat gatherings, on the Shabbosim before Shavuos, to prepare the children for this Yom Tov of Shavuos. As our Rabbis of blessed memory tell us, when Hashem Yisbarech VeYisaleh (may He be blessed and exalted) gave the Torah to all Jews, He first required that Jewish children be raised in the path of Torah; this guarantee enabled the giving of the Torah to all Jews.
So too is it in every generation: when Jewish children are raised as the holy Torah instructs, it strengthens every Jew in all countries where they find themselves, and this brings blessings from Hashem Yisbarech in whatever is needed.
This idea should inspire even greater strength in each of you—among all Jewish children, may G‑d grant them life—to walk in the path of Torah and mitzvah with increased vigor and to draw close every Jewish child you can reach. They too should know they are children of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov, and they too should accept the Torah from Hashem Yisbarech, Giver of the Torah—Who protects them and blesses them materially and spiritually.
With blessings for a joyful Yom Tov of Shavuos—the time of the giving of our Torah.
