It is surprising that there has been no information from you regarding the increased activity in Ner Mitzvah and Torah Or, and the illumination of Torah—its guidance and conduct—in your surroundings through coordinated effort and the necessary energetic involvement on your part. Surely you are aware of what is explained in Igeres HaKodesh, section 14: that every single day higher supernal intellects are drawn down and a new light that has never existed before comes into the world, etc. From this it is clear and obvious that the awakening from below—or at least the vessels for this—must also be in a manner of continual increase. And indeed, the halachah follows Beis Hillel...
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that since each day brings a unique Divine energy into creation, our efforts in Torah study and mitzvah observance must also grow daily. Spiritual progress requires constant renewal and increasing dedication.
