לפלא שזה זמן ארוך ביותר שאין מהם כל מכתבים, ובודאי יתקבל ימים אלו מכתבם בפרטית המתאימה מפעולותיהם בכלל, ובנוגע להמפעלים דחדש ניסן ול"ג בעומר בפרט, וכן ע"ד השתתפותם בהרישום ההכנות לימי החופש וכו'.
מאשר קבלת שני טופסים של הבטאון, ונראה מהשער והשינוי שבו שהשיגו רשיון להופעתו, ולאו דוקא בתור פנימי, ובטח גם עד"ז יכתבו בקרוב. ויה"ר שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ויצליח הבטאון להיות צנור דרך בו יבוא פנימיות תורת החסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי', בסביבתם הקרובה וגם בסביבה שלע"ע עדיין איננה קרובה, וכידוע פתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, שהלימוד מפסח שני הוא שתמיד יש לתקן, ואפילו את זה שהי' טמא או בדרך רחוקה, ואפילו - לכם שעשה זה מרצונו.

It is surprising that for a very long time there have been no letters from you, and certainly your letter will arrive in these days with the appropriate details about your activities in general, and specifically regarding the projects of the month of Nissan and Lag BaOmer, as well as your participation in preparations for the summer vacation registration, etc.
I acknowledge receipt of two copies of the periodical, and it seems from the cover and its changes that you have obtained a permit for its publication, not necessarily just as an internal bulletin. Surely you will write about this soon as well.
May it be G‑d's will that it be at a good and successful time, and may the periodical succeed in being a conduit through which the inner teachings of Chassidus—its guidance and customs—will reach your close environment as well as those who are not yet close. As is known from the saying of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal: The lesson from Pesach Sheni is that there is always an opportunity to correct—even for one who was impure or on a distant path, and even if he did so by his own choice.
The sending of this letter was delayed. In the meantime I received your letter from the 16th of Iyar.

Summary
The Rebbe encourages using every opportunity—even after setbacks—to spread Chassidus outwardly. The Biton Chabad periodical should serve as a channel to bring inner Torah teachings to both close circles and those still distant.
