Shalom u'Vrachah!

I was pleased to receive your letter from the 21st of Adar... The idea to bring some items into the new apartment before Pesach is appropriate, and as is known, the month of Nissan is the month of freedom in every sense, including from worries and limitations, etc. And before you bring in other things to the apartment, you should first bring in a siddur, Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya.

With blessings for mazal tov and a kosher and joyous Pesach for him and his entire family.

P.S. Regarding your question that due to various circumstances you end up sleeping only 4–5 hours: except in extraordinary cases, from the perspective of bodily health this is too little. A Jew needs to have a healthy body to serve Hashem without confusion and with peace of mind. As the language of our holy teacher in Tanya at the beginning of chapter 7 states: "in order to serve Hashem with his body." Therefore, one must arrange their schedule so that the body is rested and can do its part in man's mission to make for Him, may He be blessed, a dwelling place in this world below.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that when moving homes before Pesach, spiritual essentials like a siddur and Chitas should be brought first. He also stresses maintaining physical health through adequate rest so one can properly fulfill their Divine mission.
