...מ"ש אודות אי ההתקדמות כדבעי בלימוד הנגלה, ותולה זה בסיבה אשר כו', הנה בתור כזה שיש לו חוש בחינוך, הרי יכול הי' לשנות היחס בלתי רצוי, אודותו כותב במכתבו, ע"י התמדה ושקידה והשפעה בכיוון זה על חבריו. ותועלת וזכות הרבים תלוי בו. ובפרט שזכות מייסד המוסד הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מסייעתו.
בהנוגע לשאלתו בהנוגע למסיבות שבת, הרי תקותי כשיבקר בבי"ס אחד פעם ושתים, יוכל לייסד ולבסס את המסיבות שבת באופן כזה שיתנהג מכאן ולהבא גם בלעדו. ובפרט אם יתדבר עם ממלא מקומו שימצא על אתר ויעמוד עמדו בקישור מכתבים. ולאחר שיבסס במקום אחד יעשה כזה גם במקום השני.
בברכת הצלחה להתקדם בלימוד תורת הנגלה ותורת החסידות, וכן בקיום המצות בהידור, וביסוד כל זה - היא עבודת התפלה. וצדקה הרוחנית שיעשה בסביבתו תגדיל ההצלחה ותמשיכה למטה.

Concerning what you wrote about the lack of proper progress in the study of nigleh, and attributing this to a certain reason, since you have an aptitude for education, you could have changed the undesirable attitude you mention in your letter through persistence, diligence, and influencing your peers in this direction. The benefit and merit of the many depend on you. Especially since the merit of the founder of the institution, my revered father-in-law the Rebbe, of blessed memory, supports you.
Regarding your question about Shabbat gatherings, I hope that when you visit one school once or twice, you will be able to establish and solidify these Shabbat gatherings in such a way that they will continue from now on even without your presence. This is especially so if you speak with your replacement who will be on site and maintain correspondence with him. After establishing it in one place, do likewise in a second place.
With blessings for success to advance in the study of Torah’s revealed dimension (nigleh) and Chassidus, as well as in meticulous observance of mitzvos, all founded upon diligent prayer. The spiritual tzedakah (charity) that you do in your environment will increase success and draw it downwards.
