Shalom u'Vrachah!

After your long silence, I was pleased to receive your letter from the 8th of Teves. May it be G‑d's will that the improvement in the youth group you write about will fulfill the saying of the Rebbe Maharash: "If good is good, is better not better?" It is already time that Chassidim—and even Nshei U'Bnos Chabad—allow themselves to demand more from themselves as well as from their surroundings. For we see tangibly how success is bestowed from Above beyond the natural order; but since hearts have diminished, only small vessels are prepared, and therefore the influence from Above waits until one awakens and fulfills the verse: "Harchav Picha" (Enlarge your mouth), at which point the end of the verse will also be fulfilled: "Va'amaleihu" (and I will fill it), even after this expansion. May it be G‑d's will that this expansion will be so great that even Torah itself will call it an expansion—not just according to human measure...
