I was pleased by what you wrote about taking upon yourself to enter another stage in your holy work in the institution of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, which will certainly also bring increased blessing from Hashem and success in all that you and your entire family need.

I was pleased by what you wrote regarding the gathering you arranged for the male and female teachers of the network, and how you explained to them several matters related to their holy work. My strong hope is that such meetings will be organized frequently, as you write in your letter. The greatness of this matter cannot be measured, since each one of them influences a circle of boys and girls; therefore, the benefit to the many and their merit depends on them. Even a small detail added to each one is multiplied many times over in their students.

From this we understand the great responsibility involved—but even more so, the great merit. And since Hashem only asks according to our strength, surely each person is given the necessary abilities to fulfill this in practice.

I was pleased by what you wrote about participating in preparing the Yud-Tes Kislev gatherings in Tel Aviv; according to reports I received, they were successful, so you also have a share in this...
