I received your letter regarding the mikvah taharah in Winnipeg, and I have written there to take action on this matter and to inform us of the details, as I have not received any information from there. When there is good news about this, I will certainly let you know.
Regarding the sichah—that which was discussed during the farbrengen here—which you suggest translating into Lashon HaKodesh: for now, time does not permit due to many preoccupations, etc., but it is understood that, G‑d forbid, I have not given up on this and when the time is right it will be good.
It is surprising that you do not mention the conclusion of the matter in Patsville. I am also writing there to find out about the situation and will await good news.
As for what you wrote regarding rubber: our Rebbe (the Rebbe Rashab) instructed not to use rubber stoppers, as is also printed in the introduction to Sefer Kesser Torah part 6 [Darkei Teshuvah Yoreh Deah 198:273].
