בעתו נתקבל המברק מביאתו שלום, ואח"כ מכתבו מר"ח כסלו והקודם לו, ות"ח על הבשו"ט אשר בו. ויה"ר אשר כפתגם כ"ק אדמו"ר מוהר"ש ילך פון גוט צו בעסער בהקדם האפשרי במצב... שליט"א, ובמילא גם בתוכן הבשו"ט שלו. ולפלא קצת שלמרות מה שדברתי עמדו קודם נסעו, שלא יכבידו על... שי' בענינים של יראת שמים כו' וכו', והרי התורה נתנה רשות (שפירושו ג"כ כח) לרופא לרפאות וא"כ הוראותיו בזה ה"ה בכח התורה, ובכ"ז נראה ממכתבו שאין נזהרים בזה. ובודאי גם זה יהי' לטובה, אבל בכ"ז אין זה הנהגה כלל. ועכ"פ מכאן ולהבא ישמעו לציוויי הרופא בזה...

May it be G‑d's will that, as the saying of the Rebbe Maharash goes, "from good to better," this should happen as soon as possible in your situation... may he live and likewise in the content of your good news.
It is somewhat surprising that despite what I spoke about before your trip—that they should not burden ... may he live with matters of fear of Heaven etc.—and since Torah gives permission (which also means power) to a doctor to heal, therefore his instructions are empowered by Torah. Nevertheless, from your letter it seems that this is not being observed.
Certainly this too will be for the good, but still this is not proper conduct at all. At any rate, from now on you should heed the doctor's instructions in this matter...
