I was pleased to receive your letter from the bright day of 18 Elul, in which you write that not only have you maintained the Yeshivah and Talmud Torah in Seferia in their current state, but you have also introduced improvements.

May it be the will of Hashem that the holy institution will grow both in quality and quantity, for this is also the way to increase its material income. As explained in Chassidus regarding the difference between an organ and a vessel: a vessel only receives what is placed into it, while an organ also draws down [the flow], so as the organ grows, so does what it draws down. Then one's efforts within natural means are effective because everything is already prepared above; all that is missing is the garment of nature.

Regarding what you wrote about the three students whose ages make them seemingly unsuitable, and there is a thought to transfer them to Tomchei Temimim in Lod: in such matters, you should consult together and decide according to each student's specific details individually.

As we approach the new year, may it be Hashem's will that your activities continue with outstanding success so that your institution will fulfill the intention of our holy Rebbeim of blessed memory.
