ויה"ר מהשי"ת לזכותו להגדיל תורה ולהאדירה ע"י פעולות מעין הנ"ל, נוסף על פעולתו בקהלתו בתור מנהיג ומשפיע רוחני שתהי' מתאימה לשם הניתן לקהלת ישראל מימי קדם "קהלה קדישא" שזהו תלוי בקדושה בחיי היום יומים במעשה בפועל, וכיון שכמרז"ל ה' אינו מבקש אלא לפי כחן בטח ניתנו לו הכחות למלאות שליחות זו.
ולקראת השנה החדשה הבאה עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לו ולכל אשר לו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Due to certain reasons, the acknowledgment of receipt of your book 'Chinuch,' which you published along with an introduction, notes, etc., was delayed—please accept my apologies.
May it be the will of Hashem that you merit to increase and strengthen Torah through activities like those mentioned above. This is in addition to your work in your community as a leader and spiritual guide, which should be fitting for the name given to the congregation of Israel from ancient times: 'Kehillah Kedoshah' (holy community). This depends on holiness in daily life and practical deeds. And since, as our sages say, 'Hashem only asks according to one's ability,' surely you have been given the strength to fulfill this mission.
As we approach the new year that is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and all yours: a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually.

P.S. Out of affection for the matter, I went through some of the lines of notes and explanations and marked certain comments which I am copying below.
On this occasion I would also like to point out regarding your article about our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, in the English book about leaders of Israel: there are several inaccuracies etc., and it is surprising that you did not turn to the office here. Surely you know that they have published several books regarding Chabad, its teachings, its founder, and his successor.
