Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter in which you write about your work against the missionaries, may it be the will of Hashem that this be with great success, as our Sages say: "Whoever sustains one soul from Israel is as if he has sustained an entire world."
Regarding what you wrote about changing the knot of your tefillin to the Chabad style: surely you have also changed the inner aspects, for it is brought in the Zohar—and especially at length in Chabad teachings—that tefillin are related to the intellect (mochin). Therefore, one must intend when putting them on to subjugate both heart and mind (mochin d'nukva and mochin d'za), and you have changed it in a fitting way by immersing (the letters of "tovel" are those of "bittul") your mind in the Torah of Chochmah, Binah, and Daas—in the teachings, guidance, and customs of Chabad Chassidus. May Hashem grant you success in all of the above.
With blessings for good news,
In the name of the Rebbe shlita,
Secretary
Summary
The Rebbe encourages persistent anti-missionary work and highlights that every Jewish soul saved is invaluable. He also teaches that adopting Chabad customs should be accompanied by internal change and mindful intent when performing mitzvos like tefillin.
