בנועם קבלתי מכתבם מכ"ח תמוז בו כותבים ע"ד יסוד סניפם ובחירת הועד.
הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת, אשר חפץ ה' בידם יצליח להפיץ תורת החסידות הדרכותי' ומנהגי' - בסביבתם הקרובה וגם בסביבתם היותר רחבה, אשר הפצה זו תביא אור וכח וחיות נוספים גם בלימוד הנגלה וקיום המצות בהידור, וכמובן מלשון זהר הק' (חלק ג' קנ"ב עמוד א) שקורא זה בשם נשמתא דאורייתא, שככל שמציאות הנשמה מתבלטת יותר ונראית יותר - מתוסף ג"כ בחיות הגוף בכללותו, ובחיות כל אבר ואבר ממנו. והנמשל מובן.
וע"פ מרז"ל לא המדרש עיקר אלא המעשה, הנה בודאי ימשיכו את כל הנ"ל במעשה בפועל, היינו - הפצה בפועל בהנוגע לאחרים, והמשכת החסידות שלהם - בנוגע לעצמם - במעשה ממש.
ויה"ר, שמתאים ללשון המדויק חפץ ה', שחפץ ה' הוא פנימיות הרצון; תענוג - הרי תהי' גם התעסקותם בחפץ פנימי, אשר פעולות הנעשות מתוך ענג אמיתי - מצליחות ביותר.

I received your letter from the 28th of Tammuz pleasantly, in which you write about the founding of your branch and the election of the committee.
May it be the will of Hashem that the desire of the L‑rd in your hands will succeed to spread the teachings of Chassidus, its guidance and customs—in your immediate surroundings as well as in broader circles. This spreading will bring additional light, strength, and vitality also to the study of Nigleh and to performing mitzvos with beauty. As is clear from the wording of Zohar HaKadosh (part III, 152a), which calls this "Nishmasa d'Oraysa" (the soul of Torah), just as the essence of the soul becomes more revealed and visible—so too is there increased vitality in the body as a whole and in each individual limb. The analogy is understood.
And according to our Sages: "Not study but action is primary," you will certainly continue all of the above into actual deed—that is, practical spreading regarding others, and drawing down Chassidus for yourselves—in actual practice.
And may it be His will—corresponding to the precise phrase "the desire of Hashem," which means G‑d's innermost will; pleasure—that your involvement too will be with inner desire. For actions done with true pleasure are most successful.
