סו"ס נתקבל מכתבו (כתוב מוצש"ק קרח) בו מודיע מחזירתו שלום לאה"ק ת"ו ואשר מצא שם הכל שלום. ותמיהני קצת על כתבו בקיצור כ"כ ע"ד פגישותיו במשך נסיעתו וחזירתו לאה"ק ת"ו ובטח ימלא במכתביו הבאים.
מהנכון הי' אשר חוברת מחנים שמזכיר במכתבו תושלחנה לכאן גם אותן שהופיעו בעבר, וה"ה בנוגע לשאר ענינים דפוס הנדפסים על ידם.
בטח יחפש הזדמנות להפגש ג"כ עם חיילים דתיים במחנות אחרות נוסף על שלו ולעוררם ולחזק את רוחם רוח ישראל סבא וכמו שעשה במחנו. והשי"ת יצליחו בכל הנ"ל ובמילא ימשיך ג"כ תוספת ברכה והצלחה בעניניו הפרטים.
ומסוגלים ימים אלו דגאולת נשיאנו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, וכנדבר בהתועדות דש"ק מברכים חדש תמוז שכשמוציאים קומה שלימה מבור השבי והגלות, הנה תחלה מעלים וגואלים את הראש ובמילא כל האברים הקשורים בו נמשכים אחריו אף ששוהה איזה זמן בינתים, והנמשל מובן.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Finally, your letter (written Motzaei Shabbat Korach) was received, in which you inform me of your safe return to Eretz HaKodesh, may it be rebuilt and established, and that you found everything there in peace. I am somewhat surprised that you wrote so briefly about your meetings during your journey and return to Eretz HaKodesh; surely you will elaborate in your upcoming letters.
It would be appropriate for the Machanayim booklet you mention in your letter to also be sent here, including those that were published previously; the same applies regarding other printed materials they publish.
Certainly you will seek opportunities to meet as well with religious soldiers in other camps besides your own, to inspire them and strengthen their spirit—the spirit of Yisrael Saba—just as you did in your own camp.
May Hashem grant you success in all the above, and consequently bring additional blessing and success in your personal matters.
These days are auspicious due to the redemption of our Nasi, my revered father-in-law the Rebbe. As discussed at the farbrengen on Shabbat Mevarchim Tammuz: when a complete stature is brought up from the pit of captivity and exile, first the head is raised and redeemed, and consequently all the limbs connected to it are drawn after it—even if some time passes in between; the analogy is clear.
I await detailed letters from you, signing off with blessings for success in all the above.
