ע"ד החופש - כבר עניתי. ופשיטא שאין מקום לחופש ב' פעמים.
בנוגע לתוכן ההתועדויות שלו - יישר חילי' שמדבר ע"ד עבודת התפלה ולימוד דא"ח. ותימה גם על הקס"ד שעתה א"צ לזה, ח"ו. אלא, שלאידך גיסא, מוכרח לימוד הנגלה בעיון ובהתמדה. וגם אין אחר מדבר עד"ז עם הת', הרי ידוע פסק רז"ל במקום שאין אנשים השתדל כו', ומקום יש בראש כו'. והשי"ת יצליחו.

Your letter was delayed, and in the meantime your letters from the 15th and 24th of Sivan arrived. I have already written that it is difficult to intervene from here regarding the division of positions and responsibilities; this requires evaluation on site. They should discuss it among themselves and utilize each person's abilities as much as possible.
Regarding vacation—I have already answered. It is obvious there is no place for two vacations.
Concerning the content of your farbrengens—may your strength be firm—for speaking about avodah in prayer and studying Chassidus. It is surprising even to consider that this is no longer needed—G‑d forbid. On the other hand, diligent study of Nigleh with depth and consistency is also necessary. And since no one else speaks about these matters with the students, it is well known what our Sages ruled: "In a place where there are no men, strive to be a man," and "there is room at the head." May Hashem grant you success.
