נעם לי לקבל פ"ש ממנו ע"י הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ מוה"ר מיכאל שי' ליפסקר והמבאר ג"כ אשר כבודו משתדל במרץ לקרב את לבם של ילדי בני ישראל לאבינו שבשמים, ובודאי למותר לעורר אשר אם המקיים נפש אחת מישראל כאילו קיים עולם מלא ואם בחיי עוה"ז כן, הרי עאכו"כ המקיים נפשות כו"כ מבני ישראל ומביאם לחיי העולם הבא הנצחי ע"י קירוב לבם להוי' אחד, הרי גודל פעולתו ושכרו אין די באר. והכרה זו עצמה שממלאים שליחות קדושה של הקב"ה מוסיפה כח ואומץ במילוי תפקיד קדוש זה אשר מציאות האומץ עצמה ממעטה ההתנגדות של הצד שכנגד וכמובן ג"כ ע"פ המבואר בספר תניא קדישא מרבנו הזקן בעל התניא (פוסק בנסתר דתורה) והשולחן ערוך (פוסק בנגלה דתורה) סוף פרק כ"ט ומדתו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה אבל כ"פ ככה לתוספת נחת אמיתי מכל יו"ח שיחיו.

I was pleased to receive your regards through Haraha"ch Havavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z Moreinu HaRav Michael Lipsker, who also explained that you are diligently working to bring the hearts of Jewish children closer to our Father in Heaven. Certainly, it goes without saying that one who sustains even a single Jewish soul is considered as if he sustained an entire world. If this is true regarding physical life in this world, how much more so for one who sustains many Jewish souls and brings them to eternal life in the World to Come by drawing their hearts closer to Hashem Echad (the One G‑d). The greatness of his actions and reward cannot be adequately described.
This very awareness—that one is fulfilling the holy mission of the Holy One Blessed Be He—adds strength and courage in carrying out this sacred task. The very existence of such courage itself diminishes opposition from the other side, as is also explained in Sefer Tanya Kadisha by our master the Alter Rebbe (the authority in the hidden dimension of Torah) and Shulchan Aruch (the authority in the revealed dimension of Torah), at the end of chapter 29. And the measure of the Holy One Blessed Be He is measure for measure, but all the more so for additional true satisfaction from every child—may they live.
