לאחרי שתיקתו הארוכה אודות עסקנותו בצ"צ, נעם לי לקבל מכתבו מח"י אדר שני, ובטח גם להבא יכתוב עד"ז.
ואף שבאופן רשמי צריכים לסדר מכתבים משותפים, הרי מכמה טעמים נכון הוא כשנוסף על הכתיבה הרשמית יתקבל ג"כ חוו"ד חברי ההנהלה באופן בלתי רשמי.
ומובן שאין בזה ענין של היפך דלשון טוב כיון שזה נוגע לעבודה בפועל. וכמבואר בכמה ספרים גם על מרז"ל בענין לשון נקי' שעקם הכתוב שמונה אותיות, שזהו רק בסיפור ענין, אבל לא בפסקי דינים, וכמו בפרשת שבוע זו ושעברה.
והשתתפותו במוסד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ימהר ויוסיף ברכות השי"ת לו ולב"ב שיחיו בכלל ובנוגע לנחת חסידותי מבניו ובנותיו בפרט.
המחכה לבשו"ט וחותם בברכה לפסח כשר ושמח.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
After your long silence regarding your involvement with tzt"z, I was pleased to receive your letter from the 18th of Adar Sheni, and I am sure you will continue to write in this manner. Even though officially joint letters should be arranged, for several reasons it is appropriate that in addition to the official correspondence, I also receive the opinions of members of the administration in an unofficial manner.
It is understood that there is nothing improper about this since it concerns practical work. As explained in several books and also by our Sages regarding refined speech—where Scripture altered eight letters—this applies only when telling a story, but not in legal rulings, as seen in this week's and last week's Torah portions.
Your participation in the institution of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden, will hasten and increase G‑d's blessings for you and your family in general, and specifically regarding chassidic satisfaction from your sons and daughters.
I await good news and sign off with blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach.
P.S. My letter to the administration of the network has surely already been received.
Summary
The Rebbe values both official and private reports for effective communal work. Honest feedback given with good intentions is appropriate when it serves practical needs. Participation in holy institutions brings blessings for personal and family growth.
