זיכער איז איבעריג צו אויפמערקזאם מאכען אייך, אז ווען מען פארט אין א לאנד וועלכע ווערט דורך אלע פעלקער אנגערופן מיט[ן] נאמען, די הייליקע לאנד, מוז מען אננעמען א פעסטען באשלוס צו אויפפירען זיך דארטען ווי הקדוש ברוך הוא פארלאנגט פון אידען, וועמען ער - ברוך הוא - רופט אן מיטן נאמען, גוי קדוש - א הייליקע פאלק - און אויב מען טרעפט אן שוועריגקייטן אין דער אויפפירונג אין דעם זין, איז דאס מער ניט ווי א נסיון - א טעסט - פון הקדוש ברוך צו אויספרובען די אמת'קייט און גאנצקייט פון דעם באטרעפענדען מענשן, און ווען מען שטייט ביי דעם נסיון, און מען פירט זיך אויף ווי השם יתברך פארלאנגט פון אידען, איז דאס א צנור - טשענעל - וכלים דורך וועלכע השם יתברך גיט זיין ברכה אין דעם וואס מען נויטיגט זיך. און השי"ת זאל אייך העלפען אז איר זאלט קענען דאס אלץ אויבען דערמאנטע פארווירקליכען אין דעם טאג טעגליכען לעבען.

Through the vavac"h iy"a nu"n one involved in tzt"z Moreinu HaRav Yosef Flyer, I have received a request for a blessing for you regarding your departure to the Holy Land, may it be rebuilt and established by our righteous Moshiach.
May Hashem Yisbarach help you to have a good journey and that you should settle there in a fitting and good manner.
It is surely unnecessary to point out that when one travels to a land which is called by all nations "the Holy Land," one must firmly resolve to conduct oneself there as Hakadosh Baruch Hu expects from Jews—whom He, blessed is He, calls "Goy Kadosh" (a holy nation). If one encounters difficulties in this conduct, it is nothing more than a test from Hakadosh Baruch Hu to examine the truthfulness and completeness of the person involved. When one withstands this test and behaves as Hashem Yisbarach expects from Jews, this becomes a channel and vessel through which Hashem Yisbarach gives His blessing in whatever one needs.
May Hashem Yisbarach help you so that you can actualize all of the above in your daily life.
