בהמשך לשיחתנו ע"ד שיעור דף השבוע על ידי הרדיו וסעודת המלוה מלכה לחיזוק הדבר שתתקיים בקרוב, הנני בזה לכפול ברכתי, אשר יצליח לבסס השיעור לחזקו ולהרחיבו הן בכמות הן באיכות, ואם בכמה דברים גלויים שבבריאה אמרז"ל שנבראו בשביל בית מקדשו של הקב"ה ורק בזכות זה גם העולם משתמש בהם (שמו"ר רפל"ה), על אחת כמה וכמה בכח נעלם ונפלא שבטבע שמוצא תיקונו רק על ידי העשותו אמצעי כלי ומקדש לו ית', ומיום שחרב ביהמ"ק אין לו להקב"ה בעולם אלא ד' אמות של הלכה בלבד.
וע"פ פסק רז"ל גדול תלמוד שמביא לידי מעשה (יעויין הקדמת פיה"מ להרמב"ם בביאור המאמר אין לו להקב"ה כו') וראשית חכמה יראת השם, הנני מקוה כי ישתמשו בשידור רדיו זה להדגיש ולחזק עניני יראת שמים וקיום המצוות מעשיות בפועל, וסוף דבר - הכל נשמע את האלקים ירא ואת מצוותיו שמור.

Following our conversation regarding the weekly daf shiur via radio and the Melaveh Malkah meal to strengthen this initiative which will take place soon, I hereby repeat my blessing that you succeed in establishing the shiur, strengthening and expanding it both in quantity and quality. If regarding several revealed things in creation our Sages said they were created for the sake of the Beis HaMikdash of the Holy One Blessed be He—and only in its merit does the world use them (see Shemos Rabbah 35:1)—how much more so with a hidden and wondrous power within nature that finds its rectification only by being made into a means, vessel, and sanctuary for Him, may He be blessed. And from the day the Beis HaMikdash was destroyed, the Holy One Blessed be He has nothing in His world but the four cubits of halachah alone.
And according to our Sages' ruling that "great is study for it leads to action" (see Rambam's introduction to Pirush HaMishnayos explaining "He has nothing but..."), and "the beginning of wisdom is fear of Hashem," I hope that this radio broadcast will be used to emphasize and strengthen matters of awe of Heaven and actual fulfillment of mitzvos in practice. In conclusion: The sum of the matter—when all has been heard—is: Fear G‑d and keep His commandments.

The Rebbe teaches that even hidden natural abilities reach their true purpose when dedicated as vessels for holiness. Using modern tools like radio to spread Torah should inspire awe of Heaven and practical mitzvah observance.
