b) It is self-evident that what we have discussed several times—that a person is healthy but must maintain bodily health by keeping order in eating, drinking, rest, etc.—remains firmly in place. There is no need to elaborate at length how lack of order, especially for those burdened with heavenly work, is one of the tricks of the yetzer hara and with great cunning, since it is usually cloaked in arguments of fear of Heaven and that it affects prayer and study of Chassidus, etc., etc. But since our Nesi'im have already warned about this in their written and oral teachings—and this has been emphasized everywhere and every time when asked about this matter—if one truly wants to implement this in life, it can be done without any difficulties, even though it is naturally hard to change even a second nature acquired through long-standing habits of disorder.
c) A similar point to the above is what we discussed regarding the absolute necessity to introduce order into one's holy work and public matters. Since one person cannot manage many different matters down to all their details—and additionally have order prevail among them—in my opinion it is essential that immediately, without further entangling oneself in these matters, he should hand over an important part of his above-mentioned work to people suitable for this. He should only supervise generally and from time to time receive reports. Certainly you will let me know how you arranged all this; for the above reasons, the sooner this is done the better.
With blessings for success in your holy work with proper health and much Chassidic nachas from yourself and all your family.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that maintaining personal order and delegating tasks are vital for effective holy work. By entrusting responsibilities to others and focusing on overall supervision, one preserves both health and organizational success.
