כבר נדבר פעם א' בהתועדות אשר בכלל כאו"א מסכים על כל הענינים האמורים בספרי מוסר ועאכו"כ בספרי ומאמרי חסידות, אלא שכל הפלוגתא בזה, אם גם אליו שייכים הדברים, או שכ"ז מדובר אודות אחר זולתו. ובודאי לדכוותי' אך למותר להאריך בביאור הענין דימים יוצרו ולוא אחד בהם איך שכל הימים ורגעים חשובים ומדודים לכאו"א מתאים לעניני תפקידו... הנה פליאה בעיני הנהגה כזו, שאחר שהצליחו השי"ת לקחת חלק באחד המוסדות של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, הנה מפסיק בזה לכמה חדשים...
החובה עלי ג"כ לכתוב קודם סיומי המכתב, כי צנור הברכה והצלחה הן בעניינים הפרטיים והן בענינים הכללים הם ע"י נשיאנו הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, וכל המוסיף כח ואומץ בהתקשרות באילנא דחיי ע"י מוסדותיו הקדושים בד"מ מוסיף ג"כ בהשפעת והמשכת הנ"ל.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
It has already been discussed once at a farbrengen that generally everyone agrees with all the matters written in books of Mussar, and certainly with those in the books and discourses of Chassidus. The only dispute is whether these matters also apply to oneself or if everything is said about someone else.
And surely for your honor it is unnecessary to elaborate on the concept that "Yamim Yutzaru V'lo Echad Bahem" (days were formed, and not one among them) — how all days and moments are important and measured for each person according to his mission...
It is a wonder to me such conduct, that after Hashem granted success to take part in one of the institutions of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, you have ceased this for several months...
I am also obligated to write before concluding this letter that the channel for blessing and success — both in private matters and communal ones — is through our Nasi, my revered father-in-law the Rebbe. Whoever increases strength and courage in connection with the Tree of Life through his holy institutions thereby increases also in drawing down these blessings.
