I am writing here to recommend granting from the Gemach fund, by way of a loan in the amount of one thousand Lira to Haraha"ch etc. Moreinu HaRav Melech Kaplan from Lod, for the completion of the mikvah in his neighborhood, for a term of one year, with repayment beginning after one year from when the loan is given.
