זה מזמן שלא קבלתי ממנו מכתבים, ויה"ר מהשי"ת שיהי' זה סימן טוב שהכל שלום, ובכל זה מהנכון שיכתוב עד"ז בפירוש.
ובימי חדש כסלו חדש הגאולה הנה עליו לפעול בעצמו להתנהג על פי הוראת רז"ל שציוו לשמוע לקול הרופאים ולעשות את זה מתוך שמחה, ומה איכפת לו באיזה אופן ובאיזה ענינים ימלא רצון הבורא ובלבד שיעשה את זה מבלי חשבונות, וכאשר השם יתברך אומר לשמוע לרופא צריך לעשות כן ולהיות שבע רצון מההזדמנות לשמוע אל רצון השי"ת במילא צריך להעשות זה בשמחה, ואז עוזר השי"ת שרואים שיש ממה להיות שבע רצון.
מקוה הנני שיכתוב לי שעושה כזאת והשי"ת יוסיף בברכתו לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו בבריאות הנכונה ובפרנסה בהרחבה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
It has been a while since I have received letters from you, and may it be the will of Hashem that this is a good sign that all is well. Nevertheless, it is proper that you write explicitly about this.
During the days of the month of Kislev, the month of redemption, you must work on yourself to behave according to the instruction of our Sages who commanded us to listen to the voice of doctors and to do so with joy. Why should it matter in what way or through which matters you fulfill the Creator's will—as long as you do so without calculations? When Hashem says to listen to a doctor, one must do so and be satisfied with the opportunity to fulfill Hashem's will; therefore, this should be done with joy. Then Hashem helps so that one sees there is reason to be satisfied.
I hope you will write me that you are doing so, and may Hashem increase His blessing for you and your entire family in proper health and abundant livelihood.

The Rebbe teaches that following medical advice with joy is itself fulfilling G‑d's will. Embracing this path without overthinking brings satisfaction and opens channels for further blessings in health and sustenance.
