יעדער זאך איז דאך בהשגחה פרטית און מען דארף פון דעם אפלערנען א הוראה אין לעבען, און דאס וואס דיין בר מצוה ווערט געפייערט אין שול בית מקדש מעט און אין דעם ליכטיקן טאג ח"י אלול דארפמען דערפון נעמען א אנווייזונג ווי צו פירן זיך.
דער שווער דער רבי זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע טייטש אז ח"י אלול איז דאס דער טאג פון וועלכען מען נעמט לעבעדיקייט וואס מי[ט] זיין כח מאכט מען לעבעדיק דעם גאנצען חדש אלול, וועלכער איז דער חדש פון חשבון אויף דעם גאנצען יאר און השי"ת זאל דיר העלפען אז דו זאלסט טאן אלץ וואס עס ווענדעט זיך אן דיר צו זיין א ווארימער לעבעדיקער איד, וואס דאס קומט דורך א לעבען געפירט ברוח של תורה ומצוה און וואס דורך דעם פארבינדט מען זיך מיט הקדוש ברוך הוא בורא עולם ווי משה רבינו זאגט אונז ואתם הדבקים בה' אלקיכם חיים כולכם היום.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In connection with your Bar Mitzvah on Shabbos Parshas Tavo, which is coming upon us and all of Israel for good, I want to once again wish you—beyond what I told you when you were here—that from age thirteen for mitzvos you should grow to age fifteen for Gemara and so on, as the Mishnah enumerates in Pirkei Avos chapter 5.
Everything happens by Divine Providence, and we must learn a lesson for life from this. The fact that your Bar Mitzvah is being celebrated in a shul—a small Beis HaMikdash—and on the luminous day of Chai Elul should serve as guidance for how to conduct yourself.
My father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden (may his merit protect us), explained that Chai Elul is the day from which one draws vitality—with its power one enlivens the entire month of Elul. This month is one of accounting for the whole year. May Hashem help you so that you do everything incumbent upon you to be a warm and lively Jew. This comes through living guided by the spirit of Torah and mitzvah; through this one connects with Hakadosh Baruch Hu Creator of the world—as Moshe Rabbeinu tells us: 'Ve'atem ha'dveikim ba'Hashem Elokeichem chayim kulchem hayom' (And you who cleave to Hashem your G‑d are all alive today).
With blessings for a good inscription and sealing in the Book of Life—and that your parents should have much nachas from you and your brother: Jewish nachas, chassidic nachas.
