דאס וואס איר שרייבט אין אייער בריף פון יום ההילולא יו"ד שבט, וועגען די שוועריגקייטען צו באקומען א וויזע אהער, איז דאך באוואוסט דער פסוק, לכל עת, און זיכער וועט השי"ת אין דער פאסיקער צייט מזכה זיין אייך אז איר זאלט קענען זיין אויף דעם ציון הק' פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע און אויך באטייליגען זיך אין א חסידישער התועדות דא, און דאס זאל זיין געזונטערהייט און פרייליכערהייט.
צו דעם אנקומענדען פורים האב איך פארגעשלאגען לאנ"ש שיחיו, אז אין די טעג פון פורים און דעם שבת פאר פורים זאל מען לערנען דעם מאמר חסידות מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר פון פורים ה'תש"א, (וועלכער איז געדרוקט אין דעם קונטרס ק') און אויך די שיחה פון פורים ה'תש"א, וועלכע איז זיינער צייט אפגעדרוקט געווארען אין א באזונדער חוברת, און האפענטליך וועלין אנ"ש שיחיו אין טאראנטא אויך אזוי טאן.
וועגן נסיעה לאה"ק ת"ו - קומט בא מיר דערווייל ניט אויס.
וועגן אטאווא - רעכן איך אז בטאראנטא האט איר מער - ובכבוד - בגו"ר.
בפ"ש כל אנ"ש שיחיו וברכת פורים שמח עד דלא ידע כפסק תוה"ק ולהמשיך השמחה על כל השנה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

I received your letter regarding your daughter-in-law, may she live, and as per your request I have responded to your mechutan Mr. Lewkowitz, surely you have seen the letter, and I await to hear good news from you.
Regarding what you wrote in your letter about Yud Shevat, the day of the hilulah (passing), concerning the difficulties in obtaining a visa to come here—it is well known the verse 'L'chol et' ("For everything there is a time"), and surely Hashem will grant you at the appropriate time that you will be able to be at the holy Ohel of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), and also participate in a chassidic gathering here. May this be in good health and with joy.
For the upcoming Purim I have suggested to Anash (our community) that during Purim and on Shabbat before Purim one should study the maamar Chassidus from my father-in-law, the Rebbe, from Purim 5701 (1941), which is printed in Kuntres Kaf; also the sicha from Purim 5701, which was printed at its time in a separate booklet. Hopefully Anash in Toronto will do likewise.
Regarding traveling to Eretz HaKodesh—at present it does not seem possible for me. As for Ottawa—I think that in Toronto you have more [opportunities]. With honor—in good news.
P.S. To all Anash—wishing a joyous Purim ad d'lo yada as ruled by Torah law—and may this joy extend throughout the year both materially and spiritually.
