Regarding what you wrote that the banquet will take place on the day... may it be the will of Hashem that it be with great success. It is appropriate to warn that during the event there should not be matters that disturb its success, such as the well-known song which does not fit with the wishes of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. This will help draw down pure and complete success, and may Hashem grant you to report good news about the banquet's success, and most importantly about the growth and flourishing of the institution in which you were appointed and serve as its director—both in quantity and quality. May it be His will that this happen easily and without difficulty.
