You have surely received the telegram sent to you yesterday; here is its text:

"The national gathering of Chabad chassidim in the Holy Land will certainly strengthen and increase in the service of the heart, which is prayer; in the study of both revealed Torah and Chassidus; and in guidance according to the ways of Chassidus as taught by the Baal Shem Tov and Admor HaZaken. On the luminous day of Chai Elul these luminaries were established, as directed by our leaders, my revered father-in-law, Admor HaRayatz hk"m. Surely you will fulfill your role as Tzivos Hashem (the army of Hashem), as explained in the series of discourses on histalkus (passing), that no obstacles can prevent you from strengthening Torah and Judaism in general, especially kosher education—particularly for children already present or now immigrating to the Holy Land. This spiritual rescue is a sacred obligation for every man and woman. Certainly you will strengthen all institutions of my revered father-in-law Admor HaRayatz hk"m, and Hashem's desire will succeed through your hands. With blessings that you merit to fulfill my revered father-in-law Admor HaRayatz hk"m's request: 'to act from Eretz Yisrael—the Holy Land,' success in your work, and a good inscription and sealing materially and spiritually for all participants and their families individually—Menachem Schneerson."
