In response to your letter that today you have completed twenty-two years—may you have long and good days and years—may it be G‑d's will that you be a worthy and broad vessel for drawing down and receiving the blessings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, in a revealed manner.
Surely you have seen what is quoted in Hayom Yom for 11 Nissan regarding conduct on one's birthday. It is appropriate that during the day you study the maamar from Chai Elul 5709 and the sichah of Chai Elul found in Sefer HaSichos.
