I gratefully received your letters from the 10th and 19th of Tammuz, along with the attached copy of the letter from my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, from 1 MarCheshvan 5699 (1938), as well as the list of Chassidic discourses (maamarim) you possess. Thank you for what you have sent so far, and I request that if you have any more substantive letters, please send them here to be copied. Surely this will benefit the public, and the merit of the many depends on you.
In the list of maamarim you sent, I do not have the following maamarim: "Ki Tomru Mah Nochel," 5658; "Ki Ka'asher HaShamayim HaChadashim," Rosh Chodesh Elul 5681; "Shoftim v'Shotrim," Shoftim; "Ki Karov Eilecha," Nitzavim; "Shir HaMa'alos MiMa'amakim," Shabbat Teshuvah 5682; "K'Nesher Ya'ir Kino," Haazinu; "B'Sha'ah Shehikdimu," 5684; "Vayomer Go Lecha," 5686; and "V'Lo Zachar Vayeshev," 5688.
Surely you have set times to study my father-in-law's Torah in addition to your other studies.
As you requested, I mentioned you at the Tziyun of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m. A tzaddik blesses and Hashem fulfills his blessings completely.
