ובפרט שמיום הולדת זה מתחילה שנת העשרים וארבעה, אשר בה, לכל הדיעות, נשלמין ימי הנערות (ראה קדושין ל, א. הל' ת"ת לאדה"ז פ"א סוף ס"ו).

In response to your letter: May it be G‑d's will that you be a fitting vessel so that all the blessings with which you were blessed and are blessed by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, will be fulfilled in you in both material and spiritual matters. May you succeed in your own avodah and in your work with others.
Especially since from this birthday begins your twenty-fourth year, which according to all opinions marks the completion of youth (see Kiddushin 30a; Hilchos Talmud Torah of the Alter Rebbe, ch. 1 end of section 6).
