מכתבו בעתו נתקבל ונתאחר המענה מפני עניני י"ב תמוז. - בהיותי על הציון ביום הנ"ל הזכרתיו לכל המצטרך -
ובמה שדואג עליו למצוא מורה המתאים להת"ת שלו הנה במוחש ראינו בהזמן שמההסתלקות ועד עתה אשר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ משפיע הצלחה לאותם העומדים על משמרתם במילוי השליחות אשר הטיל עליהם, ורק שצריך השתדלות מצדם ואז ההצלחה מופלגה ובלי ספק גם בענין הנ"ל יהי' כן ויודיעני בשו"ט עד"ז.
בנוגע אם לשנות מקום דירתו ואם לקנות בית דירה, הנה כיון שבדעתו להיות כאן בעוד איזה שבועות הרי לע"ע לדעתי לא יעשה את הנ"ל וכשיהי' פה נדבר עד"ז.
והשי"ת ישפיע הצלחה ויקיים את כל ברכות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ אשר ברכו, אותו [ו]את כל ב"ב שי' על מילואן.

זה עתה נתקבל מכתבו מכ' תמוז, ואם הדבר כן הוא אשר א"א להשאר בדירה שבבנין ביהכנ"ס ומחיר הבית שמציעים לו יהי' לא יותר מעשרת אלפים יקנה אותו ויהי' בשטומו"צ ובטח יודיע יום הקנין שיהי' קודם לחדש מנ"א.

Your letter was received in due time, and my response was delayed due to matters related to Yud-Beis Tammuz. While I was at the Ohel on that day, I mentioned you for everything you need.
Regarding your concern about finding a suitable teacher for your Talmud Torah: it is evident from experience since the passing until now that my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, bestows success upon those who stand guard in fulfilling the mission he placed upon them. One must only make an effort on their part, and then the success is abundant. Without doubt, this will also be so in this matter; please inform me of good news regarding this.
Concerning whether to change your place of residence or purchase a home: since you intend to be here in several weeks, for now my opinion is not to do so. When you are here, we will discuss this further.
May Hash-yit grant success and fulfill all the blessings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, which he blessed you and all your family with in full.

Your letter from the 20th of Tammuz has just been received. If it is indeed impossible to remain in the apartment in the synagogue building and the price of the house offered to you is no more than ten thousand, purchase it and may it be with good fortune. Certainly inform me of the day of purchase so that it will be before the month of Menachem Av.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that with sincere effort in fulfilling one's mission, one receives abundant success from above. Decisions about major life changes should be made thoughtfully and with guidance when possible.
