הגיעוני שני מכתבים מהרמ"ל שי' ממעקנאס, ומודיע על האפשריות הגדולות שם לפעולות ממשיות תומ"י. ובאשר חושב כי כבוד מע' הוא כבר בברוקלין אינו כותב אליו בכל הענינים האלה לפאריז, וסומך שכמ"ע יראה המכתבים ששולח אלינו. שלחתי היום לכ"מ תלגרמה בנוסח המצורף פה.
ולכן שוב הנני להדגיש בקשתי, אשר כת"ר ישתדל להיות נוכח בהנחת אבן הפנה לעבודתנו באפריקה, אשר יש לקוות שבעהשי"ת תצליח במאד, ובכל ענינים כאלו הרי נוגע מאד מאד דער ערשטער שטעל שיהי' מתאים להכוונה. ובנתיים נא להמציא להנ"ל איזה מזומנים.
מצרף אני בזה טלגרמה ומכתב אשר הגיעו לכמ"ע מדובלין ומסרום לי.
וכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ יעורר להמשיך על כאו"א מאתנו ברכה והצלחה, שתהי' עבודת כאו"א על משמרתו, כפי חפצו ורצונו - לגדל ולקדש שמי' רבא.

I have received two letters from Reb Michael Lipsker from Meknes, informing me of the great possibilities there for real, immediate activities. Since he thinks that your honor is already in Brooklyn, he does not write to you about all these matters in Paris, relying on the fact that you will see the letters he sends us.
Today I sent a telegram to him in the wording attached here. Therefore, I again emphasize my request that your honor strive to be present at the laying of the cornerstone for our work in Africa, which we hope with G‑d's help will be very successful. In all such matters, it is extremely important that the first step aligns with the intended purpose.
In the meantime, please provide him with some funds.
I am attaching here a telegram and a letter that were received by us from Dublin and were given to me.
And my revered father-in-law, the previous Rebbe of blessed memory, will arouse blessings and success to continue upon each one of us, so that everyone's work at their post will be according to his desire and will—to magnify and sanctify His great Name.
In a separate envelope is being sent the booklet for Chag HaShavuot as mentioned above.
