In light of the general reports about the river flooding in the city of Winnipeg, it was necessary that the Temimim should take an interest in the situation of our Jewish brethren there in general, and especially among Anash. They should offer them all possible assistance.
This is particularly relevant regarding children who require extra protection when sometimes found near undesirable shelters.
Since you recently visited Winnipeg on a mission from my father-in-law, the previous Rebbe hk"m, and are familiar with Anash there—I ask you to correspond with them and take an interest in their welfare.
