מבואר בתורת החסידות גודל ענין בית ברוחניות - ראה לקו"ת ס"פ ברכה ד"ה מזמור שיר חנוכת (השני), סוף המשך מים רבים תרל"ו ועוד - וידוע אשר ענינים הגשמיים הם משתלשלים מענינים הרוחניים שנקראו בלה"ק בשמם, ולכן הענינים הגשמיים מעוררים במדה ידועה את הענינים הרוחניים.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your notification about the completion of the purchase of a house together with your brother sheyichyeh, which at the time was agreed upon by my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m—words of tzaddikim endure forever—and certainly the acquisition will be at an auspicious and successful time as per my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m's blessing.
It is explained in Chassidus the great significance of a home in spirituality—see Likkutei Torah end of Parshas Berachah, discourse "Mizmor Shir Chanukas" (the second), end of the Maamar Mayim Rabim 5636 and elsewhere—and it is known that physical matters descend from spiritual matters which are called by their name in Lashon HaKodesh. Therefore, physical matters arouse to some degree their spiritual counterparts.
May it be G‑d's will that this too will be fulfilled through this acquisition of a home, and may the building be complete both physically and spiritually as per my aforementioned blessing for goodness and success for his household. With blessings above.
