In response to your letter from the 8th of Iyar. The tefillin and also the printed materials you requested—we will try to send them to you as soon as possible.
Regarding your emigration: since my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, agreed to your journey to Eretz HaKodesh after you have completed the required medical examination for that land, it will certainly be successful both materially and spiritually. Surely you will do this only after the hot season of the year has passed.
According to your request, I have read the attached pidyon at the Tziyun and also mentioned you there.
