אעיין בדבר האפשרות להשגת מכתב דרישה עבורו מאפריקא, אבל בטח יחפש, יחד עם ידידנו הרב"ג שי', על אתר דרכים יותר בטוחים, ובעיקר מהירים, כי יש להזדרז בזה בכל האפשר. ואם בזמנים רגילים זקוקים אנו לזכות העקדה אשר חשיבותה היא לא העקדה עצמה כ"א זריזותי' דאברהם אבינו ע"ה - (כמשנ"ת באגה"ק סכ"א, ועפי"ז יומתק ג"כ מה שבשו"ע אדה"ז חאו"ח אף שבמהדו"ק ס"א ס"י כתב בטעם אמירת העקדה ג"ז שיכניע יצרו כו' הנה במהדו"ב סוס"א השמיט זה, ולא הביא אלא הטעם דלזכור זכות אבות) - הנה עאכו"כ בזמנים אלו, ומדה כנגד מדה צ"ל הזריזות, בכאו"א שהזכות מגין עליו. ובפרט בנדו"ד, שבכל יום אורבים לנפשות ילדי וילדות ישראל וכו'. והאריכות אך למותר.

In response to your letter from the 28th of Adar: I will look into the possibility of obtaining a letter of request for you from Africa. However, you should certainly search together with our friend Harav Binyamin Gorodetzki on site for more reliable and especially quicker ways, as it is necessary to act with all possible speed in this matter.
If in ordinary times we need the merit of the Akeidah—which is significant not so much for the Akeidah itself but rather for Avraham Avinu's alacrity (as explained in Iggeres HaKodesh section 21; based on this, it also clarifies why in Shulchan Aruch Admor Hazaken Orach Chaim, although in the first edition section 1 sub-section 10 he wrote that we mention the Akeidah to subdue our inclination, in the second edition at the end he omitted this and only brought the reason to recall ancestral merit)—how much more so in these times! Measure for measure there must be zeal on everyone's part so that this merit protects him.
This is especially true in our case, where every day there are those who lie in wait for the souls of Jewish boys and girls. Further elaboration is unnecessary.
