I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 24th–28th of Adar. Your perspective regarding the entry visa for R' Michael, that one should use the most secure and swift means—even if it incurs some additional expenses—is very correct, and you should certainly continue in this manner.
Enclosed is a copy of my letter to Harama"l. Regarding Martsh, nothing has been received yet. Please inform the branch committee to charge Nun Terem to the account of Melach.
