Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your private questions: In my opinion, you should bring joy to the groom and bride with Chabad melodies and similar things. Whoever brings joy, etc., merits, etc., and may we all soon merit the time when "the voice of the groom and bride will be heard," bringing joy to the groom with the bride.
It is known that among the Nesi'im, especially as I heard regarding Admor Maharash (of blessed memory), during the recitation of a maamar he would say certain words that were relevant only to specific listeners, and each person would hear only what pertained to him. However, my revered father-in-law requested from his father that he should hear all those words as well, and it was granted to him—so I heard from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe (of blessed memory).
Similarly, in the maamar for the day of histalkus (passing), there are several Baal Shem Tov-style words. The answer to your question is as I wrote above; in my opinion, see section 285, and you will surely hear—pay attention—to what is written there in section 285. Let it be made known to your honorable colleagues and all those present.
I conclude with a double Mazal Tov blessing to the groom and bride: may this union be successful and may they build an everlasting faithful home in Israel—a generation of upright descendants will be blessed openly with an everlasting edifice.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages bringing joy through Chabad melodies at weddings, shares insights about how personal messages are conveyed by the Rebbeim during maamarim, and blesses the couple for a strong, enduring Jewish home filled with revealed blessings.
