In response to your letter from the 12th of Tammuz, I am enclosing here the kuntres from Shavuos as well as a copy of my letter from the 4th of Sivan with the photo. It is unfortunate if that photo ended up with someone unworthy.
According to your request, I asked my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, his opinion regarding a war with Russia at this time. He holds that it is currently extremely unlikely; rather, people are being frightened by such rumors.
You will surely be interested to know that at the farbrengen of Chag HaGeulah, my father-in-law the Rebbe adsh drafted yeshivah students and young men for several weeks to travel around awakening Jews to Judaism, proper education, and spreading kosher books. He entrusted Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch with organizing these trips. Enclosed is a photograph of the Rebbe shlita's letter about this.
