המצווה הפ"ו
האזהרה שהזהרנו מלהוציא בדי הארון מתוך הטבעת.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "בטבעת הארן יהיו הבדים לא יסרו ממנו" (שמות כה, טו).
והעובר על לאו זה - לוקה.
ובסוף מכות אמרו, כאשר הזכירו מחייבי מלקות:"והא איכא המסיר בדי הארון?"
כלומר: שגם הוא לוקה.
ואזהרתיה מהכא, מ"לא יסרו".
הנה נתבאר לך שהיא מצוות לא תעשה ולוקין עליה.
The 106th Prohibition
1. The prohibition in which we were warned not to remove the poles of the Ark from the rings.
2. This is as He, may He be exalted, said: "The poles shall remain in the rings of the Ark; they shall not be removed from it" (Shemos 25:15).
3. One who transgresses this prohibition receives lashes.
4. And at the end of Makkos, when those liable for lashes are mentioned, they said: "But is there not one who removes the poles of the Ark?"
5. Meaning: that he too is liable for lashes.
6. And its warning is from here, from "they shall not be removed."
7. It is thus clear to you that this is a negative commandment, and one is liable for lashes for it.
